• 13 years in Dubai, UAE; 2 years in Kuwait; 9 years in Japanese Architecture Firm in the  Philippines; Well experienced in Architectural and Engineering Consulting Companies

• Has been involved in Architectural works from Concept to Detail through Planning, Designing, Drawing production/supervision, and Design Coordination.

• Projects include High-rise Residential, Commercial, Office, Villas, and Interior Designs

• Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3DS Max, and M.S. Office

• Strong critical thinking skills in resolving design problems and space planning

   KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

 

   + Design Concept

• sketch and draft in scale and proportion for discussion in preparation for schematic design

• 3D/BIM-Revit Modeler and prepare architectural graphics presentation of concept plan

• incorporate in the design the Client’s needs, Building Regulations and other requirements

• convert 3D model into functional, logical and strategic space plan

• prepare floor area and other calculations

   + Design Development

• review the concept in compliance with the design constraints (DCR / Building Regulations) for final design and working drawings preparation

• continue 3D Revit Model extraction combined with some 2D Cad Details

• prepare specifications and estimate bill of materials (Excel & Word)

   + Design Coordination

• coordinate with other discipline (MEP, structural, landscape, clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.) for space and elements requirements and  for clashing issues.

• design adjustments as per clients’ and authorities’ comments and requirements

• prepare construction details / joinery details / shop drawings resolving possible construction site discrepancies

   + Design/ Drawing Production Supervision

• advance Autocad user (Xrefs, Viewforts, Sheet Set and Hyper Link)

• supervise and manage Working Drawings systematically

• check both on-screen and print-outs drawn by other Architects as part of design proces

• set professional CAD/Revit Standards being part of project quality management plan

• manage project information through BIM (Revit) application
